After the problems with Sun, MS has pulled out shipping MS JVM with its new OSes. The problem is some apps out there that run only with the MS JVM. One of those are the applets that run in the web interface of my office's Lotus notes based mailing system (does not run with the Sun JVM!!!). So when I use XP or later to access my office mail via the internet I have a lot of problems with the applets not running.
