IIS and the new IE Patch

After the new IE patch(the one released a day or two back) has been installed, my IIS (inetinfo.exe) seems to be crashing. It crashes as soon as it starts up and then after a "send error info to MS" dialog, it seems to try and restart. It goes into a loop of crashing and restarting. So I have now disabled IIS on my machine now.

Anyone else having similar problems??

(My OS is XP)

Well I dont seem to be having any problems with my XP/IIS/IE patch.. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling IE? Did you check yp event logs for exact cause?
