More on Blogging

I have previously talked on how Blogging is changing the way I make friends. I see it in action again now. I have met Sanjay off and on at various MS events over the years, but we never got to talk a lot, maybe a hi here or there..

But after he started to blog, I have become a regular reader of his and we have exchanged mails and have been IMing with each other for sometime now. I find that we share a lot of common interests and this whole friendship was built over blogs. Though we had met before, it was really the blog that created the common thread that started things off. I think Blogs are a much easier and better way to do social networking that something like Orkut (I still go there once in two days and I still find my friends circle is increasing every day...:-)
