New Version of Enhanced Data Generator

I just uploaded a new version of the Enhanced Data Generator v 1.5. This does not have a new data generator, but rather bring the IBANGenerator back into the main DLL. Also I have now moved to SQL CE 4.0, which means you need not install SQL CE to run Enhanced Data Generator. All required SQL CE files now ship with the deployable.
